We believe in community-informed data, combining insights from local partners, state departments and data sources as well as national sources like the Census and American Community Survey.

By looking at trends and changes over time, we can better understand housing needs today and begin to anticipate what our communities may need in the future.

Our briefing document was created to support our first Deliberative Forum, helping participants build a shared understanding of: our county and changing demographics, land use and zoning, potential housing approaches
