Starting January 1, 2026, you can log your steps with our form and we’ll help track your personal progress to 250k. Click on “form” above and you will be taken directly to the step logging platform.

Welcome and thanks for participating in our friendly community initiative to step up and into our country's 250th anniversary! In the spirit of community, wellness, and intentional historical engagement, we are challenging YOU to walk/run/or roll 250K steps between January and November 19th, 2026. That's right - 250,000 steps in 11 months. You CAN do it!

WHY would you participate?

You appreciate the historical significance of our country's 250th anniversary.

30 minutes of physical exercise a day has proven benefits for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. That's a hat-trick of goodness.

Marry these two concepts and you have an incredible opportunity to mindfully move and meditate on our country's anniversary and what it means to live well now, as an individual and as part of the larger whole.

We highly encourage outdoor exercise as an immersive experience on historical lands - AND - we recognize that weather and mobility can impact your accessibility and comfort. You can also participate in this program if you exercise in an Adams County, PA gym. Simply note GYM as your location (and which gym).

UPPER ADAMS COMMUNITIES: AMERICA’S 250TH CELEBRATION

@Home is THRILLED to participate alongside our friends and neighbors. Please support the Upper Adams community-at-large and “celebrate our nation’s milestone and strengthen our local bonds.” @Home will be present at the Oakside Community Park festival alongside many local vendors, volunteers, and businesses offering a host of entertainment. At this event, you can truly step UP for History by completing laps around the ~2mile walking/fitness trail that winds through the park. This is an excellent way to incorporate light exercise into your day (solo, with friends, or family) and embrace LEGACY, COMMUNITY, and HEALTH. How many steps can YOU log on June 13th?
